For purchases that are conducted virtually such as online consultations and virtual personal training sessions, kindly choose "VIRTUALLY FULFILLED" as the shipping option upon checkout.
IN-STORE PICKUP (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
For purchased physical products, kindly choose "IN-STORE PICKUP" and branch as shipping option upon checkout. Items will be availabe within 24-48 hours after payment.
- Due to the implementation of various quarantine classifications, In-store Pickup will be available once gyms are allowed to operate again.
STANDARD SHIPPING (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)
Your order/s will be delivered to the shipping address that you provided upon checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee - Php 100.00 (within the Philippines)
Delivery within Metro Manila may take three (3) to five (5) business days. Provincial deliveries may take three (3) to seven (7) business days. All periods shall commence from the date of purchase.
We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon purchase. However, we do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the presented time since we use a third-party delivery partner ("GoGo Xpress").
We will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of the whole delivery process (from the moment the item/s are picked-up from our warehouse up to the time of delivery to you).
