SERVICE FULFILLMENT PROCEDURE

SERVICE PURCHASE PROCESS

  1. Visit liveallout.com/shop
  2. Choose your preferred service package/s available on the website.
  3. Select a Coach (if applicable) and Add-ons (if any).
  4. Enter the preferred quantity of the chosen package. Kindly note that if you chose an Add-on, it will also multiply depending on the number of package availed.
  5. Make sure to review our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing any service.
  6. Click "Add to Cart".
  7. Review the purchased service/s. If you have a coupon code, enter it on the field provided then click "Apply".
  8. Click "Checkout".
  9. Provide Customer Information on the provided fields.
  10. Choose "Virtually Fulfilled" as shipping method.
  11. Provide your First Name and Last Name on the provided fields.
  12. Click "Continue".
  13. Choose a payment method between PayPal or Online Bank Transfer/GCash and complete the payment process. For Online Bank Transfer/GCash payments, you may check our Payment Options on our website.

SERVICE FULFILLMENT

  1. Our team will verify your purchased service and validate your payment.
  2. Our team will contact you to to set your initial consultation schedule within 24 hours after payment validation.
  3. Attend your scheduled consultation via Zoom or Google Meet.


Important Notes:

  • Consultation schedule varies depending on the availability of our F.U.E.L. Experts on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
  • For consultation rescheduling, kindly send us an email at info@liveallout.com to request for rescheduling subject to the availability of the F.U.E.L. Experts. Put the order number in the subject field (ex: Order #  R898231510 - Reschedule Request). 


SERVICE FOLLOW-UPS

For regular check-ups, 2nd consultation, or other services included in your purchased package, kindly coordinate with your assigned F.U.E.L. Experts.
