Job Description:
Operations
- Effectively use reporting tools developed by the Company by ensuring accurate encoding of business data and generate insights to help the business arrive with data-driven decisions and solutions on a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly club meetings facilitated by the Head Coach or Business Manager.
- Participate in the conduct of process audits to ensure that employees under the assigned unit are following the Company standards to correct and prevent occurrences of non-compliance.
- Conduct training sessions for complimentary and paid clients.
- Conduct at least two (2) 30-minute group classes on a weekly basis.
Strategic Planning
- Execute strategic and tactical business plans laid out by the Management.
- Be proactive in being updated with industry events and trends to forecast future business possibilities and leads obtained from the clients and competitors.
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) laid out by the Management by soliciting business mainly for Personal Training and assist other revenue-generating sectors of the business.
- Build and maintain strong relations with established Personal Training clients to fully understand their needs and address their fitness concerns.
- Closely coordinate with the Sales Management Division for prospective or acquired personal training clients.
- Maintain a public social media account for fitness and post at least two (2) entries per week.
Member Relations
- Obtain feedback from personal training clients that could contribute to the service improvement of the personal training business.
Administrative
- Ensure that all personal training client concerns are documented and maintain an organized filing of documents such as conduction sheets, contracts, and the like.
- Participate in the conduct of scheduled employee Performance Evaluation.
Others
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
