Job Description:
Operations
- Regularly monitor the overall performance of the assigned unit through the use of performance metrics that would drive progress towards strategic goals.
- Effectively use reporting tools developed by the Company by ensuring accurate encoding of business data and generate insights to help the business arrive with data-driven decisions and solutions.
- Facilitate weekly club meetings to closely monitor its performance and address client concerns on a business level.
- Create a positive working environment, address employee grievances and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager in designing and updating Membership Agreements and ensure that these are carried out accordingly.
- Participate in the conduct of process audits to ensure that employees under the assigned unit are following the Company standards to correct and prevent occurrences of non-compliance.
Administrative
- Monitor the maintenance of unit facilities and ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
- Monitor the procurement, storage, distribution of goods and/or services, and stock levels of the assigned unit.
- Closely monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower line-up related to business initiatives.
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with the Sales Manager in formulating strategic business plans and initiatives by conducting research to spot changes/trends in the market.
- Execute strategic and tactical business plans by monitoring measures to drive performance and progress towards strategic business goals and assess the effectiveness of such plans.
Sales
- Provide situational analysis of the assigned unit and its market to help the Sales Management Division in formulating pricing strategies to maximize business profitability.
- Monitor the sales funnel and operational metrics of the assigned business to help the Sales Management Division in defining and delivering techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Participate in periodical workshops facilitated by the Sales Manager for the enhancement of sales skills and gain a better understanding of sales strategies and methodologies.
Member Relations
- Conceptualize and implement member retention and attrition plans or activities and monitor its performance with emphasis on ensuring good relationship between members and club staff to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide status updates and complete post-production report of member retention and attrition plans or activities of the assigned business to the Relationship Manager.
- Disseminate accurate information on all platforms used to communicate with members as directed by the Management (e.g., temporary club closures, billing adjustments, etc.).
Finance
- Prepare the Annual Expenditure Plan (AEP) of the assigned unit in coordination with the Budget Division.
- Coordinate with the Budget Division in ensuring that budget adjustments are made in accordance with programmed changes in order to facilitate long-term planning.
- Conduct daily audits on Cash Flow, Vend Settlements, Cash on Hand, and other financial activities on a business level.
Human Resource
- Participate in the hiring process of new employees of the assigned unit.
- Report future hiring and employee attrition needs to the Human Resource & Change Manager as needed. Coordinate with respective divisions to forecast future hiring needs.
- Participate in the investigation of labor grievances for circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to Company policies, and completion of resolution procedures.
- Submit accurate attendance reports, employee rosters, and other supporting documents on the given deadline.
- Participate in the conduct of scheduled employee Performance Evaluation.
Others
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
